Updated Medical and Ayurveda Disclaimer Clauses
1. Separation Between Occult Services and Ayurveda Medical Services
Our astrology, tantra, mantra, puja, homa, yantra, spiritual diagnosis, karmic analysis, occult consultation, ritual guidance, and remedial services are separate from our Ayurveda medical consultation services.
Occult, astrological, tantric, ritual, mantra, spiritual, and karmic services are faith-based, devotional, traditional, and spiritual in nature. They are not medical consultation, diagnosis, prescription, treatment, cure, disease management, emergency care, or clinical advice.
Ayurveda medical consultation, where offered, is a separate professional healthcare service and is provided only through a qualified/registered Ayurveda doctor as per applicable laws, professional scope, and medical ethics.
A client must not assume that an astrology, tantra, mantra, puja, homa, yantra, ritual, or spiritual consultation automatically includes Ayurveda medical consultation.
2. When Ayurveda Consultation Is Required
If the client has any physical, mental, psychological, chronic, acute, emergency, reproductive, paediatric, geriatric, skin, digestive, metabolic, neurological, psychiatric, or other health concern, the client should book a separate Ayurveda doctor consultation or consult an appropriate qualified healthcare professional.
Any health-related spiritual observation made during astrology, tantra, mantra, puja, homa, or occult consultation is only a spiritual or traditional indication. It should not be treated as a medical diagnosis or prescription.
A proper Ayurveda consultation may include history-taking, prakriti/vikriti assessment, symptom review, diet and lifestyle guidance, medicine advice where appropriate, follow-up, and referral where necessary. Such guidance is given only by the Ayurveda doctor and not as part of occult consultation.
3. No Medical Claims in Occult Services
We do not claim that astrology, tantra, mantra, puja, homa, yantra, japa, spiritual remedy, karmic remedy, deity worship, ritual, or occult practice can diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or guarantee relief from any disease or medical condition.
Occult remedies may be suggested only for spiritual strength, peace, faith, emotional support, prayerful healing environment, karmic introspection, and devotional discipline. They are not substitutes for qualified medical care.
The client must not discontinue prescribed medicines, medical treatment, therapy, surgery, investigation, diet plan, or professional medical advice merely because a spiritual remedy has been suggested.
4. Ayurveda Doctor Consultation Disclaimer
Ayurveda consultation provided by our qualified/registered Ayurveda doctor is a professional healthcare service within the permitted scope of Ayurveda practice.
However, even in Ayurveda consultation, no guaranteed cure, fixed result, instant recovery, permanent cure, miracle healing, or assured outcome is promised.
The result of any Ayurveda advice depends on many factors including the client’s condition, chronicity, age, constitution, diet, lifestyle, medicine compliance, follow-up, severity, co-morbidities, investigation reports, previous treatments, and individual response.
The client is responsible for sharing complete and truthful medical history, current medicines, allergies, pregnancy status, surgery history, investigation reports, existing diagnoses, and ongoing treatment details.
5. Emergency and Serious Health Conditions
Our online or offline Ayurveda consultation is not a replacement for emergency medical care.
For emergencies such as chest pain, stroke symptoms, severe breathing difficulty, severe allergic reaction, unconsciousness, seizures, suicidal thoughts, severe bleeding, accident, poisoning, severe infection, high fever in children, pregnancy emergency, uncontrolled diabetes, hypertensive crisis, kidney failure symptoms, or any life-threatening condition, the client must immediately contact emergency services or visit the nearest hospital.
Spiritual remedies, astrology, tantra, mantra, puja, homa, yantra, or routine Ayurveda consultation should not delay emergency medical treatment.
6. Referral and Integrative Care
Where necessary, the Ayurveda doctor may advise investigations, follow-up, referral to another specialist, emergency care, or consultation with an allopathic doctor, surgeon, psychiatrist, psychologist, gynaecologist, paediatrician, or other qualified professional.
The client must follow such referral advice responsibly.
We respect appropriate integrative care and do not encourage clients to reject necessary medical treatment due to fear, superstition, ego, blind faith, or misunderstanding of spiritual remedies.
7. Medicine, Diet and Self-Medication Warning
Ayurveda medicines, oils, bhasma, rasaushadhi, kashaya, tablets, powders, lehyas, herbs, detox procedures, panchakarma, fasting, and diet changes should be used only under proper guidance where required.
Clients should not self-medicate based on general content, social media posts, spiritual discussions, old prescriptions, another person’s prescription, or partial information.
We are not responsible for harm caused by self-medication, wrong dosage, mixing medicines, stopping prescribed treatment, using medicines without disclosure of medical history, or failing to follow the doctor’s instructions.
8. Clear Booking Boundary
By booking an occult/spiritual service, the client agrees that they are receiving only spiritual/astrological/tantric/ritual guidance and not Ayurveda medical consultation.
By booking an Ayurveda doctor consultation, the client agrees that they are receiving professional Ayurveda healthcare guidance from the Ayurveda doctor, and not a guaranteed magical cure or guaranteed karmic remedy.
If the client wants both spiritual guidance and Ayurveda medical guidance, they must book the relevant services separately or choose a package where both are clearly mentioned.
9. No Mixing of Responsibility
The responsibility and scope of each service are separate.
Astrology/tantra/mantra/ritual guidance should not be interpreted as medical prescription.
Ayurveda medical advice should not be interpreted as occult guarantee.
A puja or mantra should not be treated as medicine.
Ayurveda medicine should not be treated as a guaranteed karmic cancellation.
Each service has its own scope, limitation, purpose, and responsibility.
10. Short Payment-Page Consent Line
By booking this service, I understand whether I am booking an occult/spiritual service or a separate Ayurveda doctor consultation. Occult services are faith-based and non-medical. Ayurveda consultation is provided only by a qualified/registered Ayurveda doctor and does not guarantee cure or fixed results. I remain responsible for truthful disclosure, professional follow-up, emergency care, and lawful/ethical conduct.
