1. Nature of Our Services

Our services include astrology, horoscope analysis, prashna, spiritual diagnosis, mantra guidance, tantra-related consultation, ritual suggestions, remedial guidance, puja, japa, homa, yantra, spiritual counselling, karmic interpretation, and related traditional occult or spiritual advisory services.

These services are offered as spiritual, cultural, religious, traditional, educational, devotional, and faith-based guidance. They are not a substitute for legal, medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, investment, tax, business, or professional advice.

Any consultation, remedy, ritual, mantra, tantra, puja, homa, yantra, donation, vrata, japa, or spiritual suggestion given by us must be understood as a faith-based and traditional support system, not as a guaranteed solution, cure, legal protection, financial assurance, business guarantee, relationship guarantee, or miraculous intervention.

2. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any fixed, immediate, measurable, material, financial, legal, medical, relationship, career, marriage, business, court-case, enemy-removal, debt-recovery, success, or protection outcome.

No astrologer, consultant, priest, tantric practitioner, mantra practitioner, ritual performer, or spiritual guide can honestly guarantee that a particular remedy will definitely remove all suffering, erase karmas, cancel sins, change destiny, defeat enemies, recover money, win court cases, cure illness, bring wealth, restore relationships, or produce any specific result within any specific time.

All outcomes depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to, individual karma, conduct, truthfulness, dharma, divine will, prarabdha, free will, personal effort, timing, social circumstances, legal realities, medical realities, psychological condition, financial condition, family situation, and the unknown will of God.

Therefore, by using our services, the client clearly understands and accepts that spiritual guidance and remedies are not guaranteed-result products.

3. Karma, Paapa-Punya and Moral Responsibility

Our tradition strongly recognizes the law of karma, paapa, punya, dharma, adharma, truthfulness, repentance, surrender, and righteous conduct.

If a person has cheated others, taken money unfairly, delayed repayment dishonestly, broken promises, harmed families, manipulated people, caused emotional pain, misused trust, hidden facts, or acted against dharma, no remedy should be treated as a shortcut to escape the consequences of such actions.

Astrology, mantra, tantra, puja, homa, donation, yantra, or any other remedy is not meant to cover up sins, hide wrongdoing, bypass justice, manipulate victims, or become a spiritual shield for unethical conduct.

True spiritual remedy begins with truth, repentance, correction of wrongs, sincere apology, repayment where applicable, non-harm, ethical conduct, and surrender to dharma.

We reserve the right to advise clients to first correct their conduct, repay dues, seek forgiveness, stop harmful actions, or resolve matters ethically before expecting any spiritual remedy to bear fruit.

4. Client’s Duty of Truthful Disclosure

The client is responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful information during consultation.

If the client hides important facts, misrepresents events, suppresses their own wrongdoing, blames others falsely, provides incorrect birth details, conceals financial disputes, hides legal cases, manipulates the story, or gives only one-sided information, then the consultation and any remedy suggested may become incomplete, unsuitable, ineffective, or spiritually inappropriate.

We are not responsible for any result, non-result, misunderstanding, emotional reaction, financial loss, legal complication, family issue, or spiritual consequence arising from false, incomplete, misleading, or manipulated information provided by the client.

The client accepts that spiritual consultation works on sincerity. If the client comes with deception, concealment, ego, greed, revenge, or manipulation, the responsibility remains entirely with the client.

5. Remedies Are Not a Substitute for Right Action

Spiritual remedies are supplementary. They do not replace practical, ethical, and legal actions.

For example:

If money is owed, the correct action is repayment or lawful settlement.If someone has been harmed, the correct action is apology, correction, and non-repetition.If a medical problem exists, the correct action is to consult a qualified doctor.If a legal dispute exists, the correct action is to consult a qualified advocate.If a mental health concern exists, the correct action is to consult a qualified mental health professional.If a financial decision is involved, the correct action is to consult a qualified financial advisor. If a business dispute exists, the correct action is documentation, negotiation, and lawful resolution.

No remedy should be used as an excuse to avoid responsibility.

6. No Medical, Psychological or Psychiatric Claims

We do not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease, disorder, disability, medical condition, psychological condition, psychiatric condition, addiction, infertility, chronic illness, emergency condition, or physical problem through astrology, mantra, tantra, ritual, yantra, homa, puja, spiritual guidance, or any occult method.

Any health-related discussion is only spiritual or traditional in nature and should not be treated as medical advice.

Clients must consult qualified medical doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, counsellors, therapists, or other licensed professionals for health-related matters.

In case of emergency, suicidal thoughts, severe depression, violence, abuse, medical crisis, pregnancy complications, serious illness, or psychiatric distress, the client must immediately seek professional emergency help.

7. No Legal, Financial or Investment Advice

We do not provide legal advice, investment advice, trading advice, tax advice, accounting advice, business guarantee, court-case guarantee, property guarantee, immigration guarantee, employment guarantee, or debt-recovery guarantee.

Any discussion about court cases, property, business, job, finance, debt, inheritance, disputes, enemies, losses, or recovery is only spiritual and astrological in nature.

Clients must consult qualified advocates, chartered accountants, financial advisors, tax consultants, investment advisors, business consultants, police authorities, or other licensed professionals as required.

8. No Guarantee in Marriage, Relationship, Love, Enemy, Court or Business Matters

We do not guarantee marriage, divorce, reunion, separation, love success, attraction, control over another person, enemy destruction, court victory, job selection, promotion, foreign travel, childbirth, business success, debt clearance, money recovery, fame, political success, election victory, or any specific worldly result.

We do not support or encourage harmful, coercive, manipulative, illegal, revenge-based, blackmail-based, control-based, or non-consensual practices against any person.

Any remedy suggested must be used only for self-purification, protection, peace, dharmic resolution, divine grace, clarity, strength, and righteous progress.

9. Ethical Boundary of Our Services

We do not knowingly support services intended to harm innocent people, break lawful families through manipulation, cheat others, escape repayment, avoid justice, suppress victims, destroy someone’s free will, create fear, exploit vulnerable persons, or misuse spirituality for selfish or unethical gain.

We reserve the right to refuse, stop, cancel, or discontinue any consultation, ritual, remedy, or service if we believe that the request is unethical, harmful, manipulative, illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or against dharma.

We also reserve the right to refuse service where the client is abusive, threatening, dishonest, repeatedly manipulative, non-cooperative, or unwilling to take responsibility for their own actions.

10. Divine Protection Clause for the Practitioner

The consultant, astrologer, priest, practitioner, teacher, guide, team, institution, and associated persons offer services with the intention of dharma, guidance, devotion, spiritual support, and welfare.

If any client approaches with falsehood, hidden sin, cheating intention, misuse of remedies, revengeful motive, manipulation, or desire to escape rightful karma, then the spiritual responsibility, karmic burden, and consequences of such misuse remain entirely with the client.

We pray that no paapa, negative karma, curse, reaction, spiritual backlash, legal burden, emotional burden, or energetic burden arising from the client’s own actions, dishonesty, hidden conduct, misuse of remedies, or unethical intention should fall upon the consultant, practitioner, priest, guide, institution, family, team, lineage, guru-parampara, deity, or service provider.

The client alone remains responsible for their actions, intentions, omissions, sins, repayments, promises, duties, and karmic consequences.

11. Client Consent and Free Will

By taking our services, the client confirms that they are approaching voluntarily, with free will, without coercion, without pressure, and with personal responsibility.

The client understands that spiritual guidance is interpretative in nature. They are free to accept, reject, pause, question, or discontinue the guidance.

The final decision to perform any remedy, ritual, puja, homa, donation, japa, vrata, yantra installation, lifestyle change, or spiritual practice remains entirely with the client.

We are not responsible for decisions taken independently by the client based on their own interpretation, emotions, fear, greed, anger, or expectations.

12. Fees, Dakshina and Payments

Any consultation fee, ritual fee, dakshina, service charge, puja cost, material cost, travel cost, temple cost, priest cost, platform fee, course fee, or donation must be clearly understood before payment.

Payment of fee or dakshina does not purchase a guaranteed result. It is compensation for time, knowledge, consultation, analysis, spiritual labour, ritual effort, materials, coordination, teaching, or service rendered.

Once the consultation, analysis, teaching, ritual planning, remedy prescription, spiritual work, puja, homa, japa, yantra preparation, course access, or service delivery has begun or been completed, fees may be non-refundable unless specifically agreed in writing.

Refunds, if any, are subject to our written refund policy and the nature of the service.

13. Timelines Are Indicative, Not Guaranteed

Any time period mentioned during consultation is only an astrological, intuitive, traditional, or interpretative estimate. It is not a guaranteed deadline.

Spiritual and karmic processes may unfold slowly, differently, partially, internally, or in ways not immediately visible to the client.

The client should not assume that a remedy has failed merely because their desired material outcome did not happen within their expected time.

14. Confidentiality

We respect client privacy and confidentiality. Personal details, birth details, case details, family matters, spiritual issues, and consultation content are generally kept confidential.

However, confidentiality may not apply where disclosure is required by law, court order, police authority, government authority, risk of harm, threat, fraud, abuse, illegal activity, or protection of the rights and safety of the service provider or others.

The client must also maintain confidentiality regarding private mantras, rituals, instructions, spiritual methods, documents, recordings, and materials shared by us unless written permission is given.

15. Intellectual Property

All written reports, remedy documents, course materials, mantras compiled by us, explanations, audio, video, images, PDFs, charts, rituals, processes, interpretations, teaching content, and consultation materials are our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

Clients may use them for personal spiritual use only. They may not copy, resell, publish, forward, upload, distribute, teach, modify, commercialize, or reproduce them without written permission.

16. No Fear-Based Exploitation

We do not encourage fear-based decision-making.

Clients should not perform any remedy only out of panic, threat, pressure, superstition, or emotional vulnerability. If the client is confused, they should take time, ask questions, discuss with family, and decide calmly.

We do not support exploitation in the name of planets, doshas, curses, spirits, black magic, tantra, deity, guru, or karma.

17. Responsibility for Ritual Discipline

If a client receives mantra, japa, vrata, puja, yantra, homa, donation, fasting, lifestyle instruction, or spiritual practice, they are responsible for following the instructions correctly, respectfully, and safely.

We are not responsible for results or difficulties arising from incorrect practice, careless practice, mixing of methods, egoistic practice, intoxication, unethical conduct, secrecy violation, breaking discipline, or disrespect toward the deity, guru, mantra, ritual, or tradition.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we, our consultants, astrologers, priests, practitioners, teachers, staff, volunteers, partners, family members, associates, and institutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, emotional, spiritual, financial, legal, medical, psychological, business, family, social, reputational, or consequential loss arising from the use, misuse, non-use, misunderstanding, or expectation of our services.

The client agrees that they shall not hold us responsible for non-occurrence of desired results, delay in results, partial results, unexpected outcomes, karmic consequences, personal choices, third-party actions, legal outcomes, medical outcomes, financial outcomes, relationship outcomes, or divine will.

19. Indemnity

The client agrees to indemnify and protect the service provider, consultant, practitioner, priest, teacher, institution, team, family, associates, and lineage from any claim, complaint, loss, damage, allegation, legal action, karmic blame, emotional blame, or dispute arising from:

False information provided by the client;

Hidden facts or one-sided narration;

Client’s own wrongdoing or past actions;

Misuse of remedies;Unethical intentions;

Non-compliance with instructions;Unrealistic expectations;

Third-party disputes;

Legal, medical, financial, or family decisions taken by the client;

Failure to seek appropriate professional help where required.

20. Acceptance of Disclaimer

By booking a consultation, making payment, attending a session, requesting a remedy, receiving a report, participating in a ritual, joining a course, purchasing a service, or communicating with us, the client confirms that they have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to this disclaimer.

If the client does not agree with this disclaimer, they should not proceed with our services.

21. Dharmic Declaration

Our services are offered with prayer, humility, devotion, and dharmic intention.

We pray that guidance should help only those who approach with truth, humility, repentance, non-harm, sincerity, and respect for dharma.

No astrology, tantra, mantra, puja, homa, yantra, donation, or remedy should ever be treated as a shortcut to hide sin, avoid repayment, escape justice, manipulate innocent people, or bypass the law of karma.

Dharmo Rakshati Rakshitah — Dharma protects those who protect Dharma.

The first remedy is truth.The second remedy is repentance.The third remedy is correcting the harm done.
