By this therapy the vitiated doshas are removed from the body along with the blood resulting in purified body and relief in Symptoms. Types: 1. Shrunga Prayoga: Use of horns for therapy 2. Jalouka Prayoga: Leech therapy 3. Alabu Prayoga: Cupping therapy 4. Pracchana Karma: Scarping the skin with sharp Object. 5. Sira Vedhana: Removal of Blood by puncturing the skin at a particular site. 6. Yantra Prayoga: Ghati Yantra is used to extract the blood from the body.
